Require Forum to settle property disputes

I really wish and pray that Aqa Moula's dream for the Bhendi Bazar redevelopment plan comes to fruitition soon. But the only worry which I have is Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust is not taking any responsibility for disputes of inheritence in ancestral property in this pagdi system. I wish if Aqa Moula devices a forum where family disputes are amicably settled if one of the family members is denying legal rights to heirs as legal proceedings are uncertain as well as cumbersome.
